Manifesto of the "New Age of Light"

The New Era of Light is an artistic movement, created by Massimiliano Folegatti, in 2018, after the writing of his literary work "Muse - Thoughts of an artist", a psychoanalytic novel in which the protagonist is a researcher of the Sun. The founder of this Movement identifies, first of all, two creative vectors: Literature and Music, but the current intends to spread to all today's Arts. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, the world has been able to produce only reality shows. There is a need for more, otherwise humanity will suffocate. The Movement's program is to contemplate Pulcritude in order to paint it with sparkling signs of art. The twenty-first century now increasingly rarely allows the creation of works worthy of the name. The New Era of Light, on the other hand, intends to return art to its natural splendor as an indispensable building in the life of humanity. Beauty is urgent on men's days. There is a profound need for a collective dream, too often abandoned. Human beings are thirsty for good works. The New Era of Light aims to participate in that great journey that can lead mankind to another, different, possible world, where there is finally respect and acceptance for all. The members of the artistic movement will be defined Lucenti. Anyone looking for non-trivial answers will be able to follow this creative movement. The movement advances thanks to its desire for truthfulness, an authentic beacon of those who feel attracted to the new current. The program of the New Era of Light is to reconstitute a set of forms of Art, linked to original contents, which know how to excite and indicate a new path: that towards a future cosmos of Possibility of realizing the noblest aspirations of the human being.
